Brokar (“we”, “the house”) respects your privacy as carefully as we treat your order. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to brokarabaya.com and our communications.
What we collect. When you order or create an account: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order history. When you browse: device and usage data via cookies (pages visited, referral source, approximate location), used to make the site work and to understand how it is used. When you subscribe: your email address, with your consent.
What we never collect. We do not see or store your full payment card details — payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and its payment partners.
Why we use it. To fulfil and deliver your order; to contact you about it; to provide customer care; to send our newsletter if you have subscribed (unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email); to improve the site; and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with. Only what is necessary, only to run the house: Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, shipping couriers (to deliver your piece), and analytics and marketing tools we use to operate the site. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies. We use essential cookies to run the store and analytics/marketing cookies to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for checkout to function.
Retention. We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

Children. Our site and products are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
