Refund policy

No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items

A refund or replacement is only possible if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival, or

  • The item received is different from the description shown on our website

If this happens, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, please email us at Brokarabaya@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Inspection & Approval

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
