Welcome to Brokar. By using brokarabaya.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The house and the site. Brokar is an online modest demi-couture house based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We sell exclusively online and ship worldwide.
Orders. An order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where a piece is unavailable, a listing contained an error, or payment cannot be verified — with a full refund of any amount taken.
Pricing. Prices are listed in AED (with currency conversion shown at checkout for other markets) and may change without notice; the price at the time of your order applies. Duties and taxes on international orders are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated at checkout.
Made in limited numbers. Our pieces are produced in small quantities and are not remade. Availability shown on the site is real; a piece in your cart is not reserved until checkout is complete.
Returns. All sales are final except for pieces that arrive damaged, per our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property. All content on this site — designs, photography, text, the Brokar name and mark — belongs to Brokar and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
